Decided to cook some taco mince… went a bit overboard…
- 1.5kg of cheap mince
- 6 small onions
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of beans
- 1 jar of salsa
- 1/2 mug of EPIC Taco Spice Mix
Brown mince, cook onions, dump some spice on while doing that. Drain fat.
Dump all in the slow cooker, we’ll see what it’s like in the morning.
My face burns from the taste test, this will be fun…
